A Few Questions...
« on: December 29, 2009, 03:09:36 PM »
I had a few questions related to the amiga both hardware and software, and thought I should post it here.

1. I bought the C64 Forever package from cloanto as well and was wondering if I could use my REAL a500 to dump over commodore 64 floppy disk games.

2. I have everything needed to run amiga explorer (to dump over software I want to get in the future)  EXCEPT a mouse for my amiga. Part of the setup instructions for amiga explorer ask me to launch a shell in workbench. Is there a way I could get by without a mouse? Maybe by using a keyboard shortcut? I am running workbench 1.2.

Thanks everyone! Merry New Year!!

Boy: I\'m scared...

Man: Hah! What have you got to be afraid of? I\'m the one that\'s going to be coming back alone!

Hold down the amiga key and use the arrows to move the mouse pointer. Can't remember what click is, just try some key combos and you will get it.

It's Amiga+LeftAlt for a left click and Amiga+RightAlt for a right click.

Hold down Shift to make the pointer move faster.

And provided you've got some way of hooking a C64 disk drive to your Amiga, you can probably rip disk images. Not sure what program to use, but there's probably something on Aminet.
