Hello, as I have wrote, the (scarce) instructions with the kickstart adapter are ok, no great problem to cut on the back of the mainboard two trace and solder three + three pins to set W2-W4, and I've resolved the kick3.1 problem. The autor of kickstart adapter have forgotten to connect pin 31 to 5vcc, simple connect pin 31 to pin 21 and voilà the kickstart 3.1 turn in all its splendor.
