I cannot recall allowing somebody to copy files from our site phase5.a1k.org .

These files are just a plain copy.

 Perhaps i need to check it again but i think it's worse than you think. They are not copied files, they are just links to the files hosted on your site.

Edit: Yes, i'm right. It's not even a mirror site.

@amigarules2k

Do you think you could get permission to upload the files to Aminet?

Well, no worries. I know he just hotlinked the sites. If he doesnt remove the sites, he will be removed from freenet.

Please understand this. If they ask us to copy the files, I will talk to my boss, and if it's okay, then everybody can copy the files as much as is like.

You are not in the position to tell me what I have to do or not. And I repeat again, you are not the owner of the software. I don't have to ask you.

You even have no clue if I have a permission from DCE or not so please stop spreading this crap.

Listen again mate,

you are hotlinking to our site, u are using our traffic. If u do not remove this website immediately, it will be removed and u can be sure to receive mail from our lawyer. Trust me, by now we do know who u are. So again, please remove that website.

It is removed, sorry about that, but we already have 2 websites. We would love to see more, but we simply cannot afford to give away our work for a simple guy who thinks copying stuff is cool.

Please visit the follwing websites for Phase5 Updates:

http://phase5.a1k.org

Thank you :-)

It´s a bad joke. :pissed:

We do a hard work, to get the phase5 files, make a good website, and get the permission to host it, and someone has the cheek to steal the files and is here  getting cheeky, because we are not amused about that.

@Cassius:

Exactly, and what's more is that it doesn't take someone who actually works on the original site to realise just how much of an ass this guy is; stealing files, layout, content, bandwidth by hotlinking to the original, and then being a cheeky sod on here.

I vote remove this news post, and ban him. :madashell:

I can not steal files that you don't own (a1k.org has no Copyright on these files) and no one is taking your bandwidth. There are so many sources outhere with the same files so I guess you had stolen these from them first or what? Are you the official PR Manager from phase/DCE? No? Then please shut up.

I am not wasting my time with you anymore. I asked you twice to remove the website.

Please check your mail after the xmas days. You'll receive a letter from us.

Thank you

Of course! WE made a hard work, to scan every Manual of the most Phase5 Products. WE have the permission to host it. You not!
You are using, our work as yours. An ugly cheap trick, not more! :madashell:

Für so einen Kram gibt es die Rute!
