IkS interview Elena Novaretti, a famouse Italian Amiga/MorphOS user. You can read about her incredible fractals  and her Pegasos/MorhpOS experience.

Note: IkS is in italian, click on "Articoli" for the interview.

I like the look of that site but would suggest some bright yellow text to make it look better imo.

Meno male che so l`italiano :P

It would be cool if there was a zone explorer theme for the MorphOS GUI (the gadgets that uses that program, and why not some images from her gallery :-) )
Something like her WB (or should I say ambient?)

If you can't read italian try here.

...if you can make any sence of it!

Evidently automated Italian->English translation needs some work.

What is up with geek women putting animals on top of their monitors ( http://www.iksnet.it/Articoli/Imm/Elena.jpg )? :D

I have two sheep and a little kitty on top of my monitors.  ;-)

Hi Eugenia,

Didn't expect to see you round here :-)

Or Geek blokes...
I had an Indian religious symbol (Elephant with many arms - also the symbol of a company I used to work for).
Two South Park figures and a "Hug" from my sister atop my monitor for quite some time.

Unfortunately they tend to fall off with me using a laptop these days  :-D

No, I am Greek.

It is funny that people think that I am either spanish-speaking, russian or italian. I get a lot of such people on IM. However, Eugenia is a greek name as well but I never get Greeks IM'ing me randomly driven only by my name. :-D

It is nice to see interviews, but I really cant speak or understand Italian.
I know there are things like babelfish or whatever, but still, they don't really make it any better.

But any way, keep up the good work.

You may be right, yet a few - to be honest pretty small - signs suggest me that it might be Ambient. (the clock in the titlebar, etc.) It may be WorkBench as well though. Can't see any of those MOS features, which are not reproducable with WorkBench though.
