The german Print Mag Amiga Future makes every month some Votes on the Page.  This Vote end in some days:  Which hardware/software do you want to buy?

Hhmm this poll has been going for over a month now.

Current top 3 (814 votes):

45% Amithlon (!)
30% AmigaOne with AmigaOS4
12% Pegasos with AmigaOS4

First time I heard about this. It's on ANN too. Wanna bet that the numbers will have changed considerably within a day? :-D

Within a month much has changed, for instance now that final AmigaOne-XE boards are on sale, together with G4 CPUs!. Also meanwhile many people have had a chance to try out the Pegasos/MorphOS for themselves.

And of course people interested in Amithlon, may also be interested in new PPC hardware and vice versa.  :-D

Obviously a very large majority of people casting their votes now, are voting for AmigaOne with AmigaOS4 (me too :-D ), as this solution is now clearly in the lead!

The tide must have recently changed, then, cause Amithlon is just a few points from tieing the A1/OS 4 combo.  Can you say "untapped market opportunity?"

Actually Amithlon's initial 15% lead (@814 votes) has turned into a 4% lead for AmigaOne/AmigaOS4 solution (@ 1112 votes), it is not hard to see what the majority of people has voted for in the meantime.

A clear majority of the Amiga community seems to want AmigaOS4 for new PPC hardware.

Also I believe some initial Amithlon voters are likely to want PPC Amigas as well, next to their PCs running Amithlon.
