Voodoo update
« on: December 27, 2000, 03:15:00 PM »
From the CyberGFX web site - "Another CGX first! CyberGraphX is now running on the fastest Voodoo card you can buy! The CGX drivers are up and running on the duel VSA-100 chip Voodoo5 5500 PCI in the G-REX. "

This completes the Voodoo series currently. CGX now supports the Voodoo3 2000/3000, Voodoo4 4500 and Voodoo5 5500.

As a informational side note a company called I/ITSEC is making a Voodoo5 6000. It will not be available as a product for public consumption. It has four TMUs - texture memory units. You can read a review here of the Voodoo5 6000. Anyone want to send one over for an CGX driver?
