Retina and Emplant opinions wanted.
« on: May 27, 2009, 07:40:19 PM »
Hi All,

I am trying to find a home for my Retina video card.  I believe it is a Z2 but I will have to verify this.

In what machine would I see the best result:

A4000 Toaster System
A2000 Toaster System
A3000

If I put it in the A3000 can it utilize the scandoubler?

I also aquired an Emplant card.... which machine would be best suited for that?

Thank in advance for your help!
Tim

Emplant is not needed for Mac Emulation unless you wish to attach some apple/macintrash devices.
I'd say the A3000 or A4000
Retina: i'd say in A3000, to avoid problems with the Toaster system.  No point in A4000 as nothing may be gained.  Retina does not do Cyber or Picasso drivers but EGS drivers.
