I've been tempted with a Dell Mini 9 to use as a Hackintosh machine. It would be great for taking to university, but I'm not sure I could adapt to the miniature keyboard.

This has absolutely nothing to do with AMIGA. Unless it runs AROS with all components supported maybe. But I doubt that.

;-) Well, the article begins with the statement that the author is typing on a "3G-equipped" laptop, and offers to illustrate how one can make one's own.  It is very easy to read that as meaning that the result will be a G3 notebook from the Dell mini 9.  And since AmigaOS4 comes in G3 and G4 versions, it would seem feasible enough that one could somehow get AmigaOS4 to work on this, if one hacked and tweaked at it enough.

You are joking, right?  An intel powered laptop with 3-G wireless capability is NOT a G3 PPC laptop.
