I recently found myself a SX-W SCSI disk tower. Its got a scsi-3 connector on it...Is there a card pci or isa that support scsi-3? Or is this a dead scsi type?
I just need a card to accsess the disks and format them..Cards can support, IRIX, Linux, Amiga OS, Windows or OS X...

Any wide or LVD SCSI card will work.  You just need the correct cables.  For example, if you get an Adaptec 39160 and a VHDCI to 68pin HD cable.  (Note: this is an example that I've worked with, I don't know if they can be used in Macs or SGI boxes.  They definitely can't be used in Amigas.)

Anything SCSI can be used with an Amiga, the only exceptions being HVD and LVD only (LVD/SE works) - the adapters  for bridging the electrically different busses are extremely expensive.

Most Amiga SCSI adapters are narrow (50 pin) and some wide SCSI devices require a proper termination of the unused higher byte to work. Everything else is just a matter of finding the correct adapter/cabling.
