Perfect Paint by Halvadjian Georges. It is a '24bit paint package with modern effects' I believe.

The link I had to it has long expired ... anybody else know where it resides at present?

Download PfP-Usertestarchiv.lha, PfP-WIPupdate310708.lha and PfP-WIPupdate010808.lha to get the latest beta release of the new author.

Otherwise there are also bugfixing updates for the original version 2.93 by the current author.

Alinea computer sell ArtEffect 4 for ยค14.95. It's probably the closest thing to Photoshop on the Amiga.
