I got a e-mail reply back from Digital River but not Cloanto today and they said that I did not order a CD from them just a digital download. I kindly replied that I ordered the premium version which had physical shipping and handling charges and is stated on Cloanto's site that it is Download + Physical Product. They said the vendor Amiga Forever \ Cloanto must be the one shipping the physical product then. Because they do not ship and CD's just digital downloads. So I guess the hold up on the physical product is on Cloanto's side.

Just an FYI to everybody...

I ordedered the Standard version since I have the AF2006 Premiere Version. According to Colanto's site there's no changes to the 2 DVD's.

I got the Registration key and Download link about an hour after ordering. The CD took about 2 weeks to arrive, I think I got it on Jun. 27/08.

The CD was shipped from the US not Italy.

I got the dowload link now in minutes and got it installed; quite nice interface; having the Premium 2005/6 I just got the Plus version this time.

Ok... So I e-mailed the new spam free e-mail address with verification routine at the beginning of the week and still have yet to hear from Cloanto... I am feeling more than a little bit ignored here...

I ordered AF2008 just after it was released. End of May I believe. Now its Mid July and Ive still to receive my CD's from them. I *did* order the AF2008 Premium edition, and I have contacted them repeatedly on their online form, but I have not received any feedback from them.

Beginning to get a little bit worried... is Doomy handling the US distribution?

I knew that I should have ordered from Vesalia... I believe they have physical product in stock... But I thought that ordering from the source would be better as I was supporting Cloanto directly and would get the latest most up to date product from him...

Great to see you on here, are you focusing on amiga stuff more now or just being more active here since Lemon64 is lulling a bit for the summer...

I ordered the Premium upgrade ($39.95) which includes a download key and the physical product on May 31.  Received the download information immediately but there is no sign of the new CD package as of yet....

I've got mine yesterday. Exactly five weeks (!) after I ordered it. According to the stamp it was shipped only two days ago. So probably they were out of stock or something like that and are now delivering. Hopefully.

I notice another trend here... Most European customers have received their disks and all USA\Canada customers have not...

I just received my Disks from Cloanto today, so all is well... hopefully you other peeps in N.America will be getting your copies soon.

got my copy of Premium edition last week too... it came from Digital River , I also have the 2 previous version, Cloanto never failed me...
