Actually, you should just connect the PC floppy to the CW using a standard PC floppy cable (connect it to the end, not the middle connector, if there is one), and then grab the mountlists of your CW driver disk. Mount PH0: for high density MS-DOS disks, I think it is, TH0: for high density Amiga, etc. It's all in the docs!
