;-) Well, it depends on what you stole it for, doesn't it?  If you've copied it to use on your own computer, trying the case wouldn't be worth it.  If you include another's work in a product that you sell, that's a different matter.

Whats the ongoing rate of PNG harddrive-icons in blackmarket at the moment? :-)

;-) I was thinking more along the lines of using another operating system's icons in the creation of your own OS.  A lawyer would argue that all of your sales were to misguided customers who believed they were buying the competition's product, and that all of your revenues belonged to the competitor.
