b00tdisk: well my guess is that theese chips and the cubo chips etc came all from the same place , and that was just after commodore went bust.

dont know how many cubo's was made nor access cards , but my guess is that there is more than 1 version of the access.

like cubo cd32 , it have 4 diffrent versions..
(1 extremly simmilar to the cd32 , 1 with 030 , 1 with fastmem onboard etc...)

well the site does say: There is a buffered IDE interface with a 3,5 connector, a flash memory, and an ISA 8 bit slot (but the ISA slot seems to be unusable). But i can't spot the IDE controller on any of the pic's......but maybe i'm just blind :-D  :-D

Guyver: Yes you are blind... it's just behind the HD power connector just to the side of the paralell connector on the board. The site also sais that the pictures are of the 020 model, not the 030 model.

Got email a short while ago from Soft3 (the supplier) to the effect of: "We have no more and don't really expect any more.  Sorry.  But if we DO get some, we'll let you know straight away."

So, for now, at least from Soft3 it looks like anyone without one is SOL (aside from anyone who already ordered and thus has contract with them for supply)

Actually a few weeks back Computer City offered a few of these beasties. (www.compcity.nl). Can't remember how much they were asking but it was too much for my liking :-).

Mail em at info@compcity.nl if you're still looking for one.

Neh!  Don't even worry 'bout that - just get yourself a clockport USB connector, then a USB to Network media converter and bang, you're set!

Er...I`d still have to hack on a clockport header to plug in the Subway !

Its seems interesting, but 300 Euros seems a lot of money for technology thats a decade old, especially given the Pegasos package is only UKĀ£320.

If it were a lot cheaper, I think there would be greater interest in the unit.

Am I the only one who has seen these before? IIRC it was shown in 1998 or so. Didn't hear from it again until now.
