At last!
« on: September 30, 2007, 12:24:09 AM »
Hello!

At  last I’m a member.  Great to experience a lot of Amiga fans and also great to be here.

Well it was a long time ago that I had my Amiga 500 (kickstart 1.3) with memory expansion and ohhh yes what was I proud to have one (I worked hard for it… and even if I didn’t I still was proud )… Whenever possible the computer led was on. A lot of evenings went by white friends, chips, cola and juice exploring the Amiga with workbench,  demos, games and  off course programming  also Word-processing (Kind Words) and calculation. This computer was years ahead of it competitors… but well we all know what happened…

For almost 3 years I started this new hobby… See what a Amiga can do and collecting some hardware for it.

Collection is now:
1 x Amiga 1000 Kick 1.0/1.2/1.3 and 512 Kb exp.
1x Amiga 500 Kick 1.2 (one with a Commodore logo on the Keyboard) and 4 Mb exp.
1x Amiga 500 Kick 1.3 with 512 Kb exp.
3x Amiga 500 Plus Kick 2.0 1x with GPV A530 Turbo 40Mhz (121 Mb) and 1x GPV A500-HD8+, CD-player
1 x Amiga 600 Kick 2.0
2x Amiga 600 Hd 40mb Kick 2.0
1x Amiga 1200 HD 250Mb with 8 Mb and acceleration card 30 Mhz, CD-player

Still looking for a Amiga 3000 in great condition…

Most things I do now are on the Amiga 500 plus with GPV A530.

Well that’s it. Thanks for reading!

Welcome.

That's quite a nice collection you have there (especially for 3 years)

The hunt for an A3000 is usually quite a long one, but if you've got the cash for it, it should be no problem at all :) I've only recently got mine, and I got a good deal!
Back to action!
