I hope I dont make anyone mad here but If you took the time and download and watch this then you really need to go outside and get a life.

If you really want some excitment in your life then go bid on one of his auctions. that will give you drama for sure.

Well, I'm guilty on both counts... I don't have a life and... I did bid on one of his auctions.

I can confirm the drama factor.  :madashell:

I don't get it.
Is he some kind of celebrity or authority on computers?
What does he do? Is he a famous programmer? Musician? Graphics artist?  :-?
I totally understand interviews with e.g. Eugene Jarvis, because it has a (maybe somewhat narrow) public interest. But really, who is this guy? Why didn't he just make a personal web page?

Please enlighten me.  :-)

He actually thinks he's some kind of celebrity. Probably showing off to computer illiterates on a regular term.

How boring can one single person be? I feel pity for him, even if he continually screws his ebay customers.

You lot have practically made him a celebrity online at least; I bet he's loving every minute of it.

Attention seekers feed of negative attention also.

I thought this guy's name was George Campbell??  There was also some female name he used to use on eBay.  Maybe he's not so alone after all.

Wikipedia: A celebrity is a widely-recognized or famous person who commands a high degree of public and media attention. A famous definition of celebrity comes from the cultural theorist Daniel Boorstin. In his book, The Image: A Guide to Pseudo-Events in America, he cynically describes celebrities as people well known for their “well-knowness”.

I thought the video was interesting in that you can now see the person we've been following all these years. We are all Doomy Groopies.

We're already on page 3 of this thread. 'nuff said.

HAHA now that was funny.  I don't pass judgement as i have never met or dealt with Doomy, but the remixed video did make me chuckle a few times.
