Audio Editor: what is your favourite app?
« on: August 03, 2007, 06:27:54 PM »
Hi!

During mid-90s I used to edit audio files with Audition.
It was a nice software and worked well with the 8-bit audio sampler for parallel port I used in those years...

Unfortunately Audition doesn't work with my actual A3000.

So I would like to know what is - in your opinion - a nice software to edit and acquire 16 bit audio from Toccata and that works with AOS 3.9.

Thank you in advance!
Alex

If i had a Tocatta i woul use samplitude opus, still rocks and its free.
On the other hand, you could also use soundprobe!

In the end it depends on which program makes you feel more comfortable doing what you want!

Of course!
It would be great... I remember the first versions of Audio Master. It was a very nice program in those years...

Unfortunately the link doesn't work. I mean, it shows a page but the download link I find there is broken.
Do you have anther link or the .lha file of one of the most recent and AHI-compatible versions?

Nice GT40 in your avatar!  :-P

Yessir!
The day this photo was taken a childhood-dream of me became true - I had the chance to drive it on our testing course here at Ford's research and engineering centre in Cologne-Merkenich - and believe me: just flying is better...
 :-D
There was a documentation on the old/new GT on TV, where Dan Gourney drove the new GT.

Afterwards he said:"What a great car. You have a big grin on your face when you get out of it!"
and all I can do is to confirm this...
All the best,

Dandy
