PFS3 Hard Drive to PC
« on: May 20, 2007, 12:40:02 PM »
Hi people,

I wonder if anyone can help me with this one...

I have an 2.5" hard drive in my dead Amiga which was partitioned using the PFS3 filing system. I would like to access some documents that are stored on it through my PC. Is it possible nowadays to connect this drive to my PC...?

Any help would be most appreciated as the documents in question include many photographs of a friend who recently passed away.

Thanks in advance,

Steve

The only way to do that is to use UAE.

Assuming you have a standard PC with IDE you'll need a 2.5" to 3.5" converter cable.

Right, I see. I've still got one of them.

Thanks a lot for your help, hopefully this is the last you'll hear from me now.
