Well, I am reluctant to post in this thread as I am almost embarrassed to admit to anyone outside the Amiga community how much Amiga stuff I have, and what I have spent on it all over the last 19 years.
I just picked up the last piece to my collection, the somewhat rare A3000T 040. It is in very good condition, but the floppy cover plate is a little discolored.
I told myself and my 13 year old son that this is the last classic Amiga I will ever buy as it completes my collection (as far as I am concerned) by giving me every model Amiga produced. I don't count the A2500 or A1500 as separate models, I instead consider them as variations of other models that I do have. Here is my list. (sorry, I know most of you have already seen it)
A1000 - 2, 1 working, the other waiting to be transformed
A500 - 2, 1 w/GVP A530 and 1 w/Supra HD + RAM
CDTV - 2, bone stock
A2000 - 2, 1 w/060 Toaster Flyer
A3000D - 3, 2 w/040 Warp Engines & VLAB Motion/Tocatta
A3000T - 1, soon to have 060 & Toaster Flyer
A4000D - 3, 2 in tower conversions w/Toaster Flyer & CSPPC
A4000T - 1, w/Toaster Flyer & CSPPC
A600 - 1, stock w/HD, needs minor work, intermittent keybd problem
A1200 - 2, 1 w/060, OS 3.9, Subway USB & wireless NIC
CD32 - 2, 1 mint, brand new in box, 1 w/SX-1 expansion
That is a total of 21 classic Amigas. I had thought of trying to put all the Amiga hardware and software I own in one room to take a picture of it, but have not had the time or opportunity to do so yet. There are probably a few others that have more than I do, but not many I'll bet.
I actually plan on thinning out my collection later this year when I have the time to organize it all, but when I think of selling any of the Amiga computers, it is hard for me to imagine letting any of them go. I mean what if I need parts when one of them starts having problems and there are no more available? I know that I should probably let one of the A1200's, the CDTV's, the CD32's, the A2000's, the A3000D's go, to make room and because I don't use them. I probably will, but I am keeping the rest as a complete collection and for my video studio use.
