Well most of my male friends would be rather annoyed if one of their mates copped off with a younger sibling.

Actually, I was underaged! ;-)
She was one year older than I was.

Did you blow them away at the interview?

No, fortunately!

When I arrived I was ushered into reception where a bunch of twenty-nothings were "testiculating" (gesticulating wildly whilst jabbering manager-speak).  The firm smacked to me of the sort of place where staff turnover is high and people burn out quickly, so I decided it wasn't for me.

However, I've got an interview somewhere else next Wednesday...  Something about Wednesdays...

The scrapings from Blobrana & Bloodline's socks are reconstituted, put in a suit, taught the words "resource", "synergy", "reconcile", "touch-base" and "strategy" and given job descriptions.

Actually, has anyone ever played B*ll*cks Bingo?  It involves sitting in a meeting ticking off the above words as they are spoken and the first to get a full house must shout "B*ll*cks!".

Sorry, got to update y'all on my current employment situation and the general train wreck that best describes my life at the moment:

Got another interview next Wednesday, two in one day in fact.  I've waited five years for a job interview (after the one which got me the job I'm in which went along the lines of "like the CV, when can you start?") and three come along at once!

And a lovely lady has just emailed me her mobile number...!

I think I'll buy me a lottery ticket tonight.

There was an excellent George Carlin routine that addressed this nicely. I will attempt to find it and make it available to you. You will dig it grandly, sir.

Just what the world needs - another religion becoming more popular and fashionable :admonish:

Never read anything about scientology yet - too recent and naff sounding to me :-P
