Howdy
« on: November 02, 2006, 10:38:39 AM »
I grew up playing games on an Amiga500. Lotsa good memories. :)

I actually wrote my first code on it too... AmigaBASIC. XD

Does anyone know of any user groups in Vancouver Canada? The ol' 500 is back home at my parents' place a few provinces over.

Welcome to A.org! :-D

No idea about Vancouver usergroups though, but there are quite a few Canuckians here who might know..

Thanks. :)

Hearing about "panorama" lead me here, but I'm not sure if they're around anymore.

Not sure if they are still around, but over the past couple of years they shifted their primary focus towards OS4.

Indeed there is a very active user group in Vancouver, I had a chance of meeting them during my visit there. Really nice folks. I can pm you with the e-mail address so you can get in contact with them.
