just to help u a little...
when u say min. 60mhz it is obvious that u want a 68060 cpu. but it's most common speed for amiga hardware is 50mhz.
also the max ram a 4000 motherboard can have is 16MB fast + 2MB chipram. all other ram must be on the accelerator or the zorroIII bus. ram on accelerator is the fastest.
u say also "Cyperstorm ? Graphic kart ? 64 mb ?"
cyberstorm is a type/make of amiga accelerators made by phase5/dce.
now grapchic card and 64mb don't stick together... if u get a zorro based graphics card, the max u cen find is 4MB . if u go to pci solutions, then u could use a 16MB voodoo3 card (for best results)

prepaer to pay lots for an expanded amiga...
your best bet IMHO, is ebay.de ... many amigas on Germany, and many expanded ones are only sold in Germany... a 060 accelerator for 4000 can cost around 250euro...

Well, I don't want to sound rude, however you sound a bit like someone who wants to drive a NSU Prinz, but
just drive it and never touch a tool to maintain it. I am afraid this doesn:t work, you really should build
up your Amiga System and learn how to handle it (And it is not *that* hard) However, if you want an Amiga from
Germany, you might have a look on Amiga News And I notice you are living in the north
Area, there is a Amiga Meeting in Bad Bramstedt this weekend, where all flavours of Amiga will be attend, ranging from
the Classics up to all NG Systems, sure worth a visit, and might help you for a deccision :)

THX Blade... I'll check it out...

But youre funny :)  Actually I own on old MG :) Not
a NSU... But... *LOL*   I think I'll buy another
"normal" Amiga 4000... And build it myself...

Its easier to mess around with the car you know.. Almost
nothing electronic in the old ones... Amiga is so
modern that it needs electrical power *LOL*

SoOoOoOo wish me luck... And I bet I'll comeback
with a 1000 questions *GRIN*
