not sure what differences there are between those, but they have different drivers so I guess there must be some difference :)

i bought a powerflyer gold about 4 or more years ago second hand from ebay.  And elbox registereed the product  no problem, and automatically send me updated drivers each time they are released.  Can not fualt them on this

elbox have a trade up program for older version boards which is still valid. I was in the same situation as you, got a second hand Fast Ata board with no drivers, and I signed up for the trade up program and got a brand new MKIII board with the drivers (arrived this week). nice service, recommended.
