Yes the many posts about them being nice is true. That actually take the shackles and handcuffs off here, so your skin and breathe for a little bit.

@Doobrey:
You are the famous guy with the hardware-hack on the homepage, that transformes all fastmem to chipmem!
Thats the best work I have ever seen and its so easy.
I also tried it on one from my A1000, but I use only 4 MB as chipmem, because the special kickstart (done with Remus Vista rc1) add only unfragmented memoryblocks to the memeorylist.
I think with a littlebit work I can add around 512KB more to the chipmem.
GREAT WORK!
(I just need 2 days to wire all the cables (40 pices on a1000) to the customchips)
 :-)

Yes, and also A1200, A500 and A600 users... but your A1000 is OCS or ECS? However is, that's the begin of the 16bit era!
AMIGA 1200 with
- External FD Drive
- 527 Mb HD drive

I wish power up my AMIGA:
- AmigaOS 3.9 (upgrading wit CDROM drive, Blizard 1230IV and 56k modem)

Two of them are OCS and the Rejuvenator is fully ECS (Agnus & Denise).
