Long topic. 5 pages in under on day!

Anyway, here's my collection of computers:

1997: A500+ with 1meg expansion card (A500+ now doesn't work)

1999: Dell 500MHz PIII (still my main computer)

2004: Old Compaq laptop (now kinda broken)

Feb 2005: Amiga 500+ with 512k expansion (also has stopped working now, so I'm A500less)

Oct 2005: Dell 400MHz Celeron, bought as spare computer or to use as a server, and is currently my main machine until I get the other dell fixed

Jan 2006: Commodore A1200 with Blizzard 1230. I want a new case and keyboard as half the screws are missing and it has a german keyboard. It now has an HD in and is really nice to use.

BCD=Binary Coded Decimal, the stuff you use for LED displays and such. 4 bits for each decimal digit.

SO: 00100101 -> 0010=2, 0101=5 -> 25.

BTW this is my age as well.

My brothers old A500 with C= key instead of LAMIGA
Then..A1200->A4000->A600->A1200->A4000T->A4000

Currently:
A4000D, CSPPC-200/060-60
CDTV
CD32 FMV

Well let's see.  Here's my computer history/collection.

I started with a TI 99/4A with a speech synthesizer.
Then I went to an Atari 800XL.
Then to an Atart 65XE.
After that I got my first Amiga 500.  Bone Stock.
The 500 got sold.   :(
Got another Amiga 500.  1MB.  External 3 1/2.  1084S.
Sold it.  :(
Got my first IBM PC then.  386SX-16
Then a 486DX-33.  (Kept that one a long time)
I had several other PC Clones that I won't bother to list.  They all sucked anyway compard to my Amiga.  :)

As of today I have the following.
Amiga 500 (not working)
Amiga 1000 with 2MB (It's a beautiful machine)
Amiga 2000
Amiga 2000HD with a 52MB HD
Amiga 4000 68040/25 with 16MB, 4GB HD, Toastscan, 3.1 ROMs, OS 3.5.
1084S Monitor
1080 Monitor
TONs of software.  Quite a few spare parts too.  I keep everything I'm not using in clear plastic containers so I can see what's inside.
I'm also looking forward to OS4.0 and some hardware to run it!  :)

Oh and on the PC side I've got 2 x 3.2GHz machines the wife and I use to play Everquest2 on.  A 1.7GHz IBM laptop I work on, 1 DELL 2.4GHz music/photo server, 3 DELL desktops for the kids to use all networked with wired 100MB Ethernet and 802.11G wireless.  And I've got Tivo on my wireless network too.  I love Tivo!
Amiga - The fun computer!

Amiga 500 - 3MB, A590, 250MB HD, SupraTurbo28.
Amiga 1200HD - 32MB, 4GB CF-Card, GVP 68030-40Mhz.
Amiga 600HD

I'm 27.5

Slowly losing the hair on my head and acquiring it inside my nose, and I'm currently dating an 18 year old.
Did I hear someone say, 'mid-life crisis', cos I think I'm having one about 15 years too early.

Oh, btw, hello everyone. Haven't been around at all, been doing silly things like drinking so much at the weekend it takes two days to recover. Oh and f*cking like a rabbit - sorry, I prefer that to Amigas...
I like Amigas
