Do you still have a working workbench 1.3/extras diskettes? If so.. Then you could use a program called Wartrans to transfer the files with a serial cable. The program you find here:
http://amiga.nvg.org/warlock/wartrans/I tested this program myself, worked very good. You gotta write 10-15 lines worth of code in AmigaBasic though, which is why you need a working workbench floppy. Both the code and transfer program for windows you find on this site.
