Agreed. As far as I'm concerned, when he abandoned that man he promoted his death by gunshot wound. Simple. He should go down for murder. How the hell did he mistake Hammes for a squirrel anyway? What was he doing, using iron sights at a distance of 100m? With a .22?  :roll:
