Doesn't he have trouble chewing the coins and getting paper cuts?

I'd hate to see or hear him/her when it comes out the other end :-P

The Karma kitty has an iron constitution.  He can handle anything you feed him.  :)

Isn't your avatar a picture of Holger? :)

Yes.  Yes it is.  I personally find it rather disconcerting, as well as disappointing since Holger is no longer around these days.  It's a tribute I'd suppose.  Either that, or Alex thinks Holger's haircut is kinda funny.

Well, tell us abit about your business background. There are certian things potential investor want and need to know.

P.S. I'm getting a bit of a clueless vibe. Normally, startups don't ask for donations to build the inital capital.

My boss' haircut is 100% the same. He is a classic computer...let's say "enthusiast", thus the hairstyle. :-)

When I originally saw that avatar it gave me a chill, as for a second I thought it was him. :-) :-o

Hey Magic,

Please.  Don't change it because of us.  It's fine.  I just miss having Holger around because he used to be so friendly and helpful with questions.  Alas, his "last straw" with the Amiga shenanigans broke several years ago.

sounds good, port it to affordable hardware while you are at it. ;)

Why stop there? Think bigger. Get about, say, $50 million together for inital costs. Buy out Amiga, Inc. from its investors and buy Genesi, then combine the two. Oh, then hire all the AROS developers.

No sir, it's not funny.  Well... In a dry "clueless" kinda way it is...  Dunno.  To each their own I suppose.  While inane, I didn't really see the harm in letting someone post such a thread.  After all, we all need a good joke now and then.

34 million?  50 million?  Is this in Monopoly money?  No way is Amiga, Inc. worth that much.
Time to move on.  Bye Amiga.org.  :(

No.  As I recall, they only put 4.5 into it, and haven't made a single improvement (or even protected) the brand over the last 5 years.  Now, that being said, I wouldn't be surprised if you added it all up and Amiga Inc has SPENT that much money in schemes, rent, lost lawsuits and penalties, etcetera over the last 5 years.

I mean hell, based on the now infamous documents from the Genesi court case, they must owe McEwen alone like 5 million in back wages by now, right?

:-)

Or... we could make Amiga a name for the kitchen right!??!

I mean it has the Amiga logo, so it's all good right? Multi-tasking toaster ovens anyone?
