Alright! You all win with the Avatar sizes! I was wrong, you were right and I AM SORRY.

Please, just get off my case.

@cecilia,

Thanks for the support, but please -- despite the temptation -- let's not get too drug down into this sillyness.

Part of the problem actually lies with me.  For years, I've pretty much taken a laisse faire approach to the site, letting  people get away with a lot in the interest of keeping the site alive.  Now that I'm trying to turn things around, some people are simply having trouble accepting the rules that have ALWAYS been in place (whether written or not).

This should be a site we enjoy coming to and interacting with other Amiga users, not site (like some others) where we simply show up, expecting to get our fun from constantly arguing.  All the trolling, whether "visible" or more "intangible" needs to stop.

In a fairly canonical tone, if you don't want to support the Amiga platform (whichever you prefer), you need to go elsewhere.  There's a difference between supporting your choice of computer platform and actively trolling by trashing everything else.

It's time some people learned that, and apparently some people are just a bit more dense than others.

Wayne

Wayne, I DO want to support the amiga platform. For the Umpteenth time, I LOVE AMIGAS and I own an Amiga 500+.

I've apologised now, so please, can we put it all behind us.

EDIT - I've just noticed something in Paint Shop Pro. Glaucus's avatar is 120 x 116 pixels. Why are some people allowed bigger avatars than others?
