I'm going back to the Island over the new year. I'll keep and eye open for the sock.

in addition to Blob's very lovely Awards, we should make a statue of THE SOCK and give that out!

That bad, eh? Still, after five years of abuse, I expect that the abrasive qualities of the sock require that one takes some precaution against the pain induced by chafing.

Bite down hard, they say...

I don't know which is more solid though :-P

Took me a while to think of solid there, less groan inducing than harder or stiffer

Speaking of groan... I should get some kind of special award for suggesting the name "Groaner's Corner" :-P

--edit--

No, not the Sock award :-P

You could have also opted for:

Sturdy, rigid, inflexible.

Even "load bearing" would be appropriate on at least 2 levels... (after all, the sock certianly bears a few of bloodlines loads, does it not?)

That's the kind of level I was trying not to go to :-P

Greetings,

My vote would go out to Wyane and his group. Keeping A.Org nice and tidy despite cleaning up after the threat of socks lying around the place :-P
Cheers! :pint:

I don't know what I'd do without this site and all the ppl here. :-)

Regards,
