Denver of the East!!
30 miles NW of Charlotte NC
We call our town "Denver of the East" because it sounds good.
Denver NC is a one-traffic-light town.
I like it here though.
I have tried to find a job in Asheville, but no one is looking for a machinehead right now. :-(

The job market is not too good in Asheville. I'm originally from Columbus OH. The company I work for moved here so I moved with them. North Carolina is some beautiful country. Excuse my ignorance but what is a Machinehead?

A machinehead is me. I work on machines. All kinds of machines.
Electromechanical. Hydromechanical.
Computers. Phone and Alarm systems.
Cars. Motorcycles. Airplanes.
I "borrowed" the term machinehead from the band by the same name, because it's cool. :-)

Machinehead is a plagiarist.  6 is my moniker!

I am, however, quite happy that someone else remembers.

Be seeing you.

You are number six!

I think that the Pennsylvania store is out of business, the last update to their site was 2000.
