I tell you what tho' Eyso, I find its nice to go out and know that you can still catch a girl's (or boy's) eye. Great for the self-confidence that sometimes I am lacking.

yup, one gets a very nervous grin attached on the face.

edit: pray tell about the night you were succesful :-D
Ehm, well, there was this thin, ultra handsome black/indian (I guess eastern-African) guy who had a certain mild attitude(not too much, just right), and he knew what he was doing and I did not (way too clumsy - but I got the hang of it eventually). And, well, all in safe means of course, and quite innocent. But I'll stop here since Aorg is family-oriented.

btw, this sin't off-topic, its about beer isn't it? ;-)
It's a broad spectrum, 'cause it's a cultural thing :-)

Grrrr!

One of the reasons I started drinking green tea is because I can't drink milk very often (e.g. during hayfever season), because it makes you produce more phlegm. The other reason is a fascination with Chinese culture that I acquired in my early twenties.
As to black tea, that Brits drink, I don't have sugar in that in any case. Not since I ran out of sugar in 1998 and couldn't afford to buy any more!

Day to day I drink gunpowder, straight from the supermarket in chinatown. Not so keen on white monkey tea or oolong, but there's a great tea shop in covent garden where I got some sencha citrus, mmmmm.
My sister got my a purple clay teapot from the YiXing region of China for Christmas a couple of years ago, makes a lovely brew.

I'm not a milk fan myself, unless I'm eating some cereal, which is rarely. Now oolong, that my friend is a wonderful tea. :-D

I felt young on Friday, drank loads of beer, drank loads of beer, danced like a maniac, kissed loads of ahem, younger, girls, didn't remember what the {bleep} happened, apparently I almost got into a fight in the club cos someone stepped on my foot, lol, tried to convince the guy on the door I was a student - but he wasn't having it. Went on to some girl's house after the club , I remember playing pool with someone, and they were so bad that I just hit the ball randomly to prolong the game (cos she was as sweet as you like), I feel asleep on the girls floor, had a joint thrust in my face about 6am, got in at 8am, had an awful hangover, and am still learning what happened on Friday from people as I bump into them.
I dunno how people manage to get laid on Friday nights, I couldn't stand, let alone get it up, lol.
edit: and if you do get it up, you never 'get there'...;-)

P.S. Can you say, 'off-topic'?

*laughs* Remind me to send you my 'Porn Star In Training' shirt. You deserve it more than I do, Mate. :roflmao:

Mine, actually. I grow my own hops but I don't use too much, only 1oz for boil and 1oz for finish. I make a nice nut brown ale with a creamy head that isn't in your face that much. The whole thing takes about 10 days to brew and a couple of weeks in the bottle before I go crazy and pop the first one. When I can't get mine I drink either Fosters or Newcastle.
Nothing brewed in America by corporations is worth a damn save tempting snails and slugs to drown themselves out in the garden.... Where my hops is growing, even as we speak. To tell ya the truth, my ale is great, but my mead is far better. I'm sipping a glass now...mmmmm nice honey afterbite, a slight burn in the throat and a mild glow spreading throughout the body. Yup. That's mead alright.

Anyways, I must say that I have now developed quite a taste for Boag's Draught, anyone else tried it?

I'm not that way and you know that :whack:
You're teasing me, making rude comments about my tender side! :boohoo: ;-)

Anyhoo, "Cucumber time" is a Dutch expression for when it's summer and there's hardly any news, also considering the government is on  vacation.

Well it looks like Manchester here at the moment, pouring rain and freezing cold. TBH, I was actually hoping the sun would shine for the first time ever on my b'day, oh well, there's always next year :-)

Edit...Good grief, the sun actually came out for a whole 15 minutes, it was wonderful, then it started pouring down again :-(

Edit 2...Well, the crappy weather was well and truely made up for by the wonderful dinner that the missus made, along with the presence of my family and friends it was a wonderful occaision :-)

It has always been really sunny on my birthday.  It's never rained or been cold at all, not bad for Lancashire weather! :-)
