Whats the Status of the AROS PDA Port?
« on: May 21, 2004, 03:01:26 PM »
Hey,

More than 5 messages in 2 days - look what you guys are forcing me to do!!!

Neways, I just wanted to ask if nebody knew the current status of the planned AROS PDA port? Last I heard it was on hold because of a lack of developers to share time with the main AROS? I'd really like to see this take off and match development with the main AROS, as it would be cool to replace PALM OS with AROS :)

I have a PALM IIIxe somewhere (won it from devicetop.com - nebody ever remember the announcement of a link up between them and Amiga?)  :-D  I'd love to dig it out and replace the OS on it - might even get a bit of use out of it then :) There is a limitless range of possibilities here - you could recompile Amiga OS games to AROS and play them on the move on a PDA !!!

Any ideas/suggestions?
