Hello I`m once more posting from a computer other than my own.
I backedup my HD to CDs, then created an SFS partition. This was to use the last remaining part of my 9.1gb SCSI HD. After I created it my computer will not do anything when that HD is plugged in. With it being the HD with my OS on this is not much use. Thing is when the bad HD is plugged in I can`t even look at the boot menu. It just comes up as a white screen with the mouse pointer glued to just below and to the right of the top left.
I can`t do anything with my computer this way. Do I buy a new HD? I can`t boot from floppy either. Are those IDE -> SCSI adaptors anygood anwhere can i get them. I was going to ask how exactly to get an SFS partition going, but that can wait.
Thanks
Nick
