Nexus
« on: March 30, 2004, 11:46:14 AM »
God I can't believe I have not been here since November. So much has changed. Anyway I still love my Amiga 500 and CD32 and still play games on both, although not as much as I use too.

Anyway, there was a game that was coming out being published by a crap company called cdv (hate'em). Originally called IG3, then changed to Galaxy Andromeda because they let the IP laps. Then they canceled all together.
This is just an FYI if anyone here had been interested in the game. The game is back on!! Now it is called Nexus and still looks great!

It's a nice looking game.

There's a dearth of decent space shooter/strategy/trading type games right now and it would be great to see this gap in the market being expoited by an Amiga developer.

I loved playing "Frontier" and "Elite" and it would be great to see a 21st century version of those games with all the gameplay elements expanded upon, not to mention some suitably impressive eye/ear candy.

I would love to see a game like this hit the Amiga.
