But your comments make it sound like it is. So if it is, what is the link to the product page on AmiKit?

I see CPU Boost kit for A1200NG on their site but not for A600GS.

No, the CPU Boost kit is not yet available for the A600GS. I was answering your first question about how the CPU Boost kit is applied. I don't know the answer to your second question.
