Newbie guide?

Had a a500 back in the day, and got the A600GS to have some nostalgic fun.  I have gotten several games running from the 'game launcher', but I'd like to try from AmiBench?  Is there a newbie guide on how to launch games, either .adf or .lha from the AmiBench GUI?  Thanks in advance.

Well, basically you download a game as LHA archive, extract it to (the virtual) HD with Dopus or manual by shell and double click the icon of the game to start ... and since AmiBench is AROS based some will run and some won´t ...
