High spec Amiga 3000 in immaculate condition for sale :-(

Nice system.  I have one that is about the same spec that I'm building.  How well does the Mk2 fit under the drive tray?  Right now I have a PP&S Mercury 040 in there but have a Cyberstorm Mk2 060/66MHz that I'm going to put in there.  The fan and heatsync on mine is a bit taller than yours.  I wonder if it will fit.

With the cooler integrated heatsink I am using, I have about 5 mm clearance to the drive tray. I had to import this special cooler from the USA (DigiKey), it is normally used in notebooks and medical hardware. So far, the system runs perfectly with that (rather expensive) solution. The enclosure doesn't even get noticably warm.

Thanks for the help. Would you happen to still have the P/N for the low profile heatsync/fan?  I have a DigiKey catalog, but as you know it's huge!

Thank you!!!  Good luck with your sale.  The A3000 is my favorite Amiga of all time, it will be nice when mine is running at 66MHz like yours.

Not wanting to discourage you, but only the rev. 5 MC68060 operates flawlessly at 66 Mhz. It is manufactured in a more recent process than the former revisions, that get way too hot and mostly run stable at only some 60 Mhz or even less. I have tested mine up to 75 Mhz, works. But for safety reasons I held myself back and decided to stay at 66 Mhz. :-)

No problem.  I'm not sure what revision I have but it's been running happily at 66MHz for some time now in my A4000D with a small CPU fan and sync installed.  I'm moving to a Mk3 in the A4000 (and back down to 50MHz but gaining the SCSI.
