Where can you get the Amiga OS3.1 Update from?

Where can you get the Amiga OS3.1 Update from? Read it costs about 10 euro's. Is it digital release only? Thanks.

You would have to ask Hyperion this. Its not released yet, and I am sure once it is you will see plenty of news about it.
