Hi All, Does anyone have a rundown on when and where the New Vampire v4 boards
will be ready and where you can order them?
Much appreciated,

They can't even provide for the demand of the current boards.
Are you in a hurry to pre-order something that may be a long time coming?

What haters? We did finally get a promise of an fpu.
Maybe we'll even see some kind of Motorola compatible mmu eventually.
Besides, we're not haters, we're just 'troublemakers' for insisting it actually be software compatible. :roflmao:

WHDLoad is software, but I see your point.
And these guys are clever, the mmu implementation only needs to look like a Motorola mmu to the software, it could be possible to do this with an improved version of the enhanced mmu they are using.

Hey Brad

The release of V4 has been stipulated to Q4, which means anytime between now and end of December. But since its work in progress, I wouldnt hold my breath. Its released when its ready.

Where can you order them. Atm they are not available, and I do belive the vendors havent opened a "pre-order" option. So you just have to wait for the actual release to get in line.
The info release PDF got the Vendor list available;

http://www.apollo-accelerators.com/files/V4_announcement_v1_5.pdf

Also follow any development thru either the V4 thread, or pose questions regarding the product/progress on the Apollo Forum.
