Simple answer is to use WinUAE. Plug into the reader and from WinUAE, setup the CF partition as a Amiga Hard Drive.

Or

I think my CF is formated as FAT32 so PC can read it from Windows.  Then on Amiga side I have CF software and have installed a FAT32 filesystem for AmigaOS.

This works well for A600/A1200 with PCMCIA CF card, and he has A4000.

Another option (if you have CDROM installed on A4000) is burn them to CD and copy them like that.
A500 KS 2.1, 1MB Chip, 68000
A600 KS 3.1, 2MB Chip, ACA630 32MB RAM
A1000 KS 1.3, 8MB RAM

A3000 KS 3.1, 68030 25MHz, 16MB RAM
A4000 KS 3.0, 68040 25MHz, 16MB RAM

There's lots of ways to transfer files from your PC to your Amiga.  With appropriate upgrades you can network them, use USB, use various card readers, burn files to CD or DVD, just like any modern computer.  Of course lacking any of those methods, stick your CF in the PC and mount it with WinUAE, as above posts recommend.  Cheers!  :)

For HD use of the card with an amiga you need a classic usb card reader on the pc side.
When you plug it on pc you must first clean the disk with diskpart so it could be able to write on it.
Then mount it on WinUAE as an IDE HDD.

Mount a RAD, then write the ADF to RAD with TSgui. There are better solutions but that should be the simplest.
