PPC is going no where.  At least not at an enterprise level.  Power 8 getting used a lot in the insurance sector.

If Apple had stuck with PPC then maybe they could have made a high end Power 8 computer for the elite user. Power 8 wouldn't do AmigaOS 4.x much good without SMP, 64 bit addressing and software (Power 7 would give a faster Amiga than Power 8 due to lack of SMP). Of course, if Apple had stayed with PPC then there would be cheaper and faster PPC hardware today and the Amiga on PPC wouldn't be a sinking ship.

I see 1415 pounds (excluding VAT) = $2154 U.S. = 1913 Euros (but most Euro users have to pay VAT which becomes 2297 Euros).

Tell me what Apple hardware this is.

Lattice FPGA? -> Very rare on a PC mainboard but used on X5000 and Sam460Cr
9pins serial port? -> Very rare on modern Pc Mainboards but used on sam4x0 and X5000
Red PCB? -> Acube and a-eon and some PC mainboards
On Board Graphics (DVI)? -> No X5000 variant
On board audio? -> No X5000 variant.

My best guess is a new Acube mainboard. :hammer:

It was the people wanting something new that led to Amiga DE and the unaffordable PowerPc cards. We need more of the old, before we move to a faster system.

This is not available for purchase. Call them and try. You will be told exactly what I was, when I attempted to purchase one. These were reference design early sale systems. The next step up POWER8 system from Tyan is just shy of USD $8K, and can not be ordered in any lesser configuration.
