caps replaced at amiga kit (a1200)

hi
could anyone who has had their caps replaced at amigakit (a1200) tell me when sending to them do you need to remove the motherboard or send the whole unit?
thanks for any help

When I had mine done about a year and a half ago I removed the mobo from the casing and the shield and just sent that. It's a pain to get all the nuts off the back but they did a good job. I can't see any untidy soldering at all.

Probably a lot cheaper to ship if you send just the MB.  May be advantageous for you depending where you live...
