Yep, the A500 plus doesn't need a chip mod. That's the advantage of the plus. Anyway if I can't find another 500 plus board the other option is to get a mega chip and use it on my rev6 which will give me the 2MB chip.
My nightmare on trademe is involving a seller who had his account linked to the wrong paypal account somehow.
So I had to try and get a refund through Paypal, I managed to get most of it back apart from the global shipping part as Paypal has stated below and they will not refund the shipping:

Dear XXXXXXXXX,
Thank you for contacting PayPal with your concern.
Unfortunately, PayPal was not able to resolve the dispute between the two parties due to the item purchased being virtual or intangible. Shipping costs are considered an intangible item, and as your payment was entirely for shipping costs, we are unable to offer a resolution to your complaint. As a result, PayPal has taken no action on either account at this time. However, the seller's account has been noted for future reference. Thank you for your cooperation with our investigation.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Sincerely,
Nur Farhana

However this isn't the worse part the seller is now not responding to any emails/contact through Ebay. Both Ebay and Paypal don't appear to care, and the seller appears to be purchasing items still.
So I get to logon to Ebay and look at the pictures of what could have been, and to think I'm out of pocket for the experience due to the seller being at fault.
