I never had problems. Vesalia deliver and respond quickly. You could try making a phone call or send an email.

So the first thing that comes in mind is that maybe Vesalia divide its customers in first and second class? For someone a red carpet and for others a wall of silence? I agree with cpfuture: a paying customer deserves ALWAYS all the attention and support from a serious reseller.
In the coming week I'll try to call them hoping that on the other side there will be a true person and not an answering machine...

Didnt want to make a new thread regarding Vesalia, so Im necroing this.

I put in a order for CDROM and OS 3.9 for my A1200, and got a automated email comfirming my order. It was done this weekend, and the email noted that "Please note that order information can only be updated on business days, 9am to 5pm CET.", which seems fine.
And its only 3 hours into the buissniss day on a Monday during normal summerholiday period so Im rushing things ofcourse.

But since the initial order process didnt include any payment infomation etc which is a bit unusual compared to most online shops, Id figure I ask about it here.

I see a mixed bag of reviews regarding the wait time/email response, so id figure Id ask here.
I really want that CDROM and OS 3.9 :)

EDIT: About 10 minutes after posting this I got a email from Vesalia regarding my order. Great stuff :)

I've sent a number of emails recently enquiring about various products...no reply...

Have purchased from them in the past (a few years back at least) & all went well, however this new lack of communication tells me they might best be avoided nowadays :(

Kinda odd. Unsure if their reply was very quick now because they reacted to the actual order, OR if they read this post.

Either way they responded 3.5 hours into the first buissniss day after my order. Not bad at all.

I've ordered from them this year and last year.. and all went just fine. This year's delivery was very quick and products came under a week to Finland.

But I've been under the impression that they don't speak english that well, but enough still. I've had only one communication with them besides the normal orders when they mailed me about that ordered product wasn't available and would I like to replace it with better one for the same price, and communication with that went fine afterall.

I think there's just one person that speaks English - well, a small family business in every case.

I have never had problems with them or their communications.
They don't ask for money before the order is ready to be handled.

I am buying stuff from Vesalia since the good old days since I grew up in that area. I still remember visiting the shop after school :-). I never had any issues with them. The quickest way is to call them. If you have a chance to meet Mr. Does in person do it, it's always interesting talk. BTW: It's rumored that the shop system is still running on an A4000/060...

... and this in the end have solved the problem.
Some months ago I asked to a friend that speak German fluently to call them directly on phone and as result my items were shipped the next day.
However this episode keeps me from future purchases from Vesalia because I don't understand the way they manage their business: when I told you that you can keep my money (few euros) for not more available items but PLEASE sent me the rest of the order QUICKLY what part of this sentence is not clear enough?
Personally I don't like to share my business details with third persons but in this case I wanted the different language would not cause further misunderstanding so I have been forced to ask an external help for put this story to an end. An happy end and but also a path I don't want to walk anymore...
I am not saying Vesalia is not a good seller because many customers here (and myself in the past) are fully satisfacted about prices, services, shipping but if the exception (when happens) becomes a nightmare then I prefer to purchase elsewhere.
