Homestead and Commodor mailing lists make the move

The Homestead mailing list and the Commodor mailing list -- both Commodore 8-bit oriented -- are now administered by me! There might be a few hiccups along the way; however, I hope the transition is smooth. My sincere thanks to Gaelyne Gasson who has administered both lists for years. Also I deeply appreciate that Gaelyne, Larry Anderson, and Paul Quirk gave me much needed advice on the move.
