(Thumb, HDD, ODD, FDD)
I am trying to access has much real hardware in UAE as I can.

Why?
Life sucks. Then you die. Then they throw mud in your face. Then you get eaten by worms. Be happy it happens in that order... My Amiga 1200

In WinUAE at least (don't know about Linux UAE), the emulator can be configured so that AmigaOS will recognise USB drives as regular hard drives, even if there is no USB driver software installed within AmigaOS.

So if it works the same way with Linux UAE, you won't need any special hardware or software to use USB drives with Workbench.
