They say it works in a500, but the price is a bit high.

Now that is a very interesting device.  She's definitely a bit pricey, especially when you add in the LCD file chooser for an extra $50.

I had a look at the manual, and the device has the option of being daisy chained via cat5, to a central control.  Then you can manage the inserted disks centrally.. That's pretty awesome.

to me that thing looks more like it acts like a HXC floppy than a subway usb host adapter....
