What is the story with A4000 Rev.C motherboard?

There are very few information about it on the Net. Most sites say that it is rare. Also, It has built-in 030 CPU and "Chip Ram surface mounted onto the motherboard".

It's probably a cost reduced version.

Rev D is the better-known cost-reduced version, so C must have been an earlier version along those same lines. C does appear to be rather uncommon, but I don't think there's anything particularly special or desirable about it to differentiate it from Rev D. If it has a coin battery like Rev D instead of a barrel battery, that would be neat.

I have no coin battery in my rev C machine.

Just curious would anybody know what the price difference was between a rechargeable battery and a coin battery in the late 80's - early 90's.. Because commodore being so cheap I would have thought coin batteries would have been a cheaper option in all big box Amigas?
