Internal Floppy External
« on: June 24, 2013, 04:46:18 PM »
Hi All,

Is there any documentation for making an internal Amiga floppy drive external? I have a couple internal drives and I was just wondering if it was just a matter of rewiring the connector or if there is chip/board/enclosure available to do this?

Check the lower part of Ian Stedman's Floppy Adapter here:
http://www.ianstedman.co.uk/Amiga/designs/Floppy_Adaptor_V2/floppy_adaptor_v2.html

It has a picture plus a schematic from Internal 34pin header to external 23pin.
